2025 COACHING STAFF

Coach Long is a 1997 & 1998 graduate of Southern Nazarene University. He has two Bachelor of Science degrees in Pre-Law/Social Studies and Secondary Education. He also has minors in Sports Management/ Coaching and Music Performance. He played basketball at Rice University and Southern Nazarene. Coach Long also worked at Kanakuk camps for 11 summers (1992-2003). A 1991 Graduate of P.C. West High School, He played soccer for 11 years with Northwest Optimist Soccer Club. He enjoys playing the guitar and leading praise and worship. Coach Long loves going on road trip adventures with his favorite co-pilot and amazing wife, Angie. He is also proud of his 19-year-old daughter, Melanie, who plays college volleyball at Seminole St and is Majoring in Pre-Pharmacy.

This is his 23rd year at Mustang teaching World History, Oklahoma History, The American West, and the American Civil War, and is a living Oklahoma History encyclopedia. He was the 2022-23 Mustang High School Teacher of the Year. This is his 21st year as a soccer coach at Mustang. He coached basketball for 13 years, during which he won 18 first-place tournament championships, had a 60 straight game winning streak over 4 seasons (including 3 straight undefeated seasons), helped with the Mustang girls 2006 State Championship, and was also named Oklahoma Basketball Coaches Association’s Junior High Basketball Coach of the Year in 2010. 2010 was also the year that he led the JV soccer team to a so-called JV State Championship.

TJ Renyer is a 2019 Mustang Graduate and a 2023 Graduate from Oklahoma Christian. He has a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and is in his 2nd year teaching Algebra 1 here at Mustang High School. This is his second season coaching at Mustang and 4th coaching at the High School level. TJ had a successful high school career here at Mustang making the program's first state-semi-final appearance in 2017 and captaining the team to another state semi-final appearance in 2019. TJ and his wife Madi, who is a postpartum nurse at Integris Baptist, graduated from Mustang together and now have two puppies, Luna who is 5, and Davie who is 6 months old. TJ and Madi enjoy long runs, their dogs, tropical smoothie, watching OU football, and attending The Bridge in Mustang. Madi and TJ are expecting their first child next summer.

Isaias Silva is in his 4th season with the Broncos. Isaias is a 2021 graduate of Mustang and attends Oklahoma Christian where he also plays soccer. He is a Criminal Justice Major. Isaias was a two-time United Coaches Association All-American and a member of the All-State team. He is the current all-time leading goal scorer in Mustang history. He also plays semi-pro with the 

Oklahoma United FC.

Angelo is in his first year coaching at Mustang as the goalkeeper's coach. A native Venezuelan, Angelo came to the United States to play soccer. This is his 4th year coaching at the High School level. He played on the Venezuelan National Team. Angelo loves to eat pizza.

This is Cameron's first year at Mustang. Camo is a native of Newcastle, Oklahoma. He is a prodigy of Coach Tom Pecore. Camo currently plays at USAO in Chickasha. After college, he wants to pursue a career in dentistry.

Ashton came back to coach at his Alma Mater. He is currently a freshman at Oklahoma Christian, where he also plays soccer. Ashton is a 2024 Graduate of Mustang, where he was also a Soccer All-State selection. Ashton likes long walks on the beach and going to Disney World.
